Rita M Goliday is the firm’s managing partner and principal owner. She is a graduate of Webster University .Prior to founding the firm in 2005, she worked as Accounting Manager of a local school district and non profit agency where she managed the accounting, finance and human resource departments for both entities. She began her professional career with one of the regions largest banks.

Rita has over 20 years of progressive accounting, audit and tax experience and has expertise primarily in the areas of small business management, not for profits and church & clergy accounting and tax matters.

She is a member of the following professional organizations:

• American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA),
• Black Women Networking Missouri/Illinois ( BWN)
• Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants (MSCPA),
• National Association of Black Accountants (NABA).
